The first Studio brief was designing a hybrid tool for a professional.
I chose to look at phone technicians as modern-day craftsmen without many specifically designed tools. After research and observation, I focused on a tool oriented to screen repair. Starting from splitting the old one, then scraping the leftovers, and fixing the inside components before inserting a new screen.
Quick switch from the scraper to the tweezers and back, shaped modernly yet classy, it gives the technician an older times professional allure.
